| Abstract | Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) programs operate under increasing regulatory scrutiny, requiring institutions to maintain strong governance, data quality, reporting controls, and sustainable remediation processes. This paper examines the role of techno-functional leadership in guiding regulatory reporting transformation initiatives under supervisory pressure. The study explores how leaders bridge regulatory requirements, business objectives, and technology delivery while supporting remediation, governance, stakeholder coordination, and reporting modernization. The findings highlight techno-functional leadership as a critical success factor for achieving sustainable compliance and effective regulatory reporting outcomes. |
