Abstract The global knowledge economy has consistently positioned the information technology ecosystem as a beacon of modernization, equitable advancement, and competitive financial returns. However, hidden beneath modern campus architectures, flexible perks, and attractive compensation packages sits a demanding corporate design built on unyielding delivery schedules, intense cognitive strain, and constant digital connectivity. This study investigates the intersection of occupational well-being, everyday work-life balance, and gendered social structures within major technology corridors (Technopark and Infopark) in Kerala, India. Analyzing direct empirical data gathered from 120 professional women using structural pathway modeling, the results confirm a critical link between independent life cohesion and psychological health (r=0.728, p<0.001). While supportive infrastructure and schedule flexibility directly enhance personal well-being paths, lingering organizational barriers and double-shift domestic expectations create high vulnerability to chronic burnout. Notably, 68% of respondents state that high work pressure spills into their domestic spaces, and 53.3% identify a critical gap in supportive maternal policies. This study details clear strategic recommendations for HR executives to shift from superficial compliance measures toward sustainable, human-centered organizational designs.
