| Abstract | The rapid integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into music creation and production represents one of the most significant transformations in the contemporary cultural and creative industries. Recent advances in machine learning, deep neural networks, and generative AI systems have enabled the automated composition of musical works, the replication of human voices, the generation of sophisticated arrangements, and the automation of production processes such as mixing and mastering. While these technological developments offer unprecedented creative opportunities, they also raise fundamental questions concerning authorship, intellectual property, artistic authenticity, labor transformation, and the protection of artists’ rights. This article critically examines the ethical and legal implications of AI-driven music production. It explores how generative systems challenge traditional conceptions of creativity and ownership while simultaneously reshaping the economic and professional structures of the music industry. Particular attention is given to issues surrounding copyright law, training data practices, voice cloning technologies, artistic authenticity, and emerging frameworks for AI governance. The study argues that the future of music creation will depend on the development of balanced regulatory and ethical models capable of reconciling technological innovation with the protection of cultural and artistic values. |
