Abstract Automatic Vehicle Speed Control using RF modules is a safety-oriented system designed to regulate the speed of a vehicle automatically in restricted zones such as school areas, hospitals, construction sites, and accident-prone regions. The system uses radio frequency (RF) transmitters placed in specific zones to broadcast speed limit information. An RF receiver installed in the vehicle captures these signals and sends them to a microcontroller for processing. Based on the received data, the controller compares the permitted speed with the current vehicle speed. If the vehicle exceeds the limit, the system automatically reduces the throttle or controls the motor to maintain a safe speed. Visual or audio alerts can also be provided to inform the driver about the speed restriction. This technology minimizes human error, improves road safety, and ensures adherence to traffic regulations. The RF-based approach provides a low-cost, reliable, and efficient solution that can be implemented in intelligent transportation systems
