| Abstract | The use of artificial intelligence and machine learning is altering online education and LMSs. Educators all around the world are making use of information and communication technologies to bring smart technology into the classroom. Classroom and administrative efficiency should be enhanced by this. The potential effects of AI and ML on online education, school management, and the strategic choices made by school administrators are the focus of this research. In order to tailor instruction to each individual student, this research indicated that a combination of learning management systems, AI-based adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment systems, and predictive learning analytics produced the best results. Educational decision-making, learning result monitoring, and resource optimisation are all touched on in this paper, which also assesses the pros and cons of ML algorithms. The actual applications of digital educational technology were the basis for this study's literature and systematic reviews. Through data-centered administration, personalised learning paths, and rapid feedback, AI and ML technologies enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and quality of digital education. Ethical considerations, data security, technological infrastructure, and the digital competency of administrators and educators are all highlighted as challenges by the research. Based on the findings of this study, educational administration might undergo a radical shift with the strategic application of AI and ML to create innovative learning environments that propel digital education forward. |
