Abstract | Hormonal imbalance in women can manifest through conditions such as PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), thyroid dysfunction, menstrual irregularities, menopause symptoms, and infertility. Yoga, an ancient mind-body discipline, has been increasingly studied for its potential to regulate endocrine function through physical postures (asanas), breathing practices (pranayama), and relaxation techniques. This research paper explores the physiological and psychological mechanisms through which yoga supports hormonal equilibrium and presents evidence-based findings from recent clinical trials and studies. |
