Abstract | This review examines the growing adoption of Agile methodologies in manufacturing not only software development. Agile principles—such as iterative development, modular design, and enhanced collaboration—are increasingly being adapted to address the unique challenges of hardware-focused industries, including high costs, supply chain complexity, and the need for precision. The paper discusses how Agile frameworks and digital tools like Jira and Confluence can be tailored for manufacturing environments, emphasizing the importance of robust workflow management and document versioning. Adapting Agile practices enables organizations to improve responsiveness, product quality, and competitiveness in a rapidly evolving industrial landscape. |
