Abstract | A system that uses deep learning technology based on MobileNetV2 pre-training automatically detects violence in video content. The system operates by recognizing people in video frames before extracting needed frames which it scans for violent actions and image enhancements for facial recognition. The system transmits notification messages containing timestamped images and geographical information to authorities through the Telegram platform. The system delivers better detection accuracy and processing speed than traditional convolutional neural networks. |
